Describe the bug Encryption Breaks after the first reboot

Additional context

Encryption was breaking because GNSS kept userdata occupied which prevent it from getting unmounted. Fixed by https://github.com/universal5433/android_device_samsung_trelte-common/commit/af1c05f32f98d2d110c5baf46b837f40a868bdfa and https://github.com/universal5433/android_device_samsung_trelte-common/commit/0221385e10ffe4846d28fc63c54e2c12e8747323
