Create a FAQ section for the GitHub page #47

Any questions received that make sense to store for future users should go into an FAQ section.

Especially useful for questions/problems that are not going to be implemented as enhancements to the package, but we want to provide some direction on.

First questions could come from the discussions I have had with Andrew Heathcote.
