User contributed file issue - sample PP data #59

The user-contributed function to generate posterior predictive data has a few typos. Nothing major, just should be fixed at some point. The most important is at the return() stage, which refers to a different variable name than the one in the local environment.

Is this for the pmwg package, or should it be in the pmwg_toolkit (https://github.com/university-of-newcastle-research/pmwg_toolkit) repository?
