Impartiality algorithm #3

Thank you for creating such a nice tool. On http://www.spliddit.org/apps/credit you can find an implementation that uses a well supported algorithm with the advantage that one's judgement is only about the others and does not impact one's own result. Have you considered this algorithm?

This repo is being archived, the code here is now quite out of date.
