ideas and projects without founders should have a founder set #372

Some ideas and some projects do not have a founder which makes the UI confusing. This is likely occurring because founders were added as an enhancement. The ideas and projects should be audited so they all have founders.

I completed the audit on ucnext.org. All ideas have founders as do all projects.
