[badges] Software Badging #40

Provide badges from Travis CI, Code Climate, Gemnasium, Coveralls, RubyGems, NPM, PyPI, Bower, Scrutinizr and Semaphore for projects that utilize these services

I think we should integrate with http://openbadges.org/ - so that lots of skills including could be collected and verified badges could be displayed?

Lets take a look at the current folks providing OPEN Badges today: http://openbadges.org/participating-issuers/

OR - are we talking about providing an INTERNAL to the UC badging set?
