Please, undeprecate PSSH_HOSTS. It is convenient.

It's also really broken.  Issue #18 has some information about some of the 
ambiguity.  Have you considered adding an alias?  For example:

alias pssh_to_servers="pssh -h /path/to/servers.txt"

Since it's been a while, I'm going to close this for now.  I just added a tip 
about aliases to the pssh man page.  Please feel free to reopen the issue if
