Log level in vtunerc client

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install vtunerc client as of 5.11.2011 (ce19d1285fc9)
2.start it
3.vtunerc in the default level does not produce the connection infos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is confusing if something goes wrong with connection. And the 0xfd level 
used in the past is far too verbose. It better would be to keep debug level at 
3 (as now), but change the category of some important message from INFO to 
WARN, then the most important messages are still produced. One possibility is 
in the patch attached, the result is in the attached log.
Just recommendation, but it (perhaps) may make life easier for users.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
