Enhancement:: pidfile creation by the client #8

The vtunerc client per se looks mostly as a daemon, even when so far it is 
developed as a normal program. 
If running on background, PIDFILE creation by the client would be advantageous, 
for example for a controlling program, keeping it running (as of monit). One 
possibility is in the patch attached, perhaps it may help.

Sry.. this should be enhancement request, not 'Defect report', but I do not 
know how to change it..
