Connection Failed and PANIC #47

I'm sorry for my English, I'm writing through a translator. I did everything according to the guide. When I launched the fifth echelon, everything was fine, it showed that there was a connection, but it took me too long to figure out how to register and when I clicked "register", it came out that the connection failed. After that, the game now starts with some kind of error PANIC. panic
