Update aoyama-val/zsh-incsearch entry. Closes https://github.com/unixorn/awesome-zsh-plugins/issues/1788.
Adds admons/hebzsh plugin - If a command is not found as typed in Hebrew, translates the command as if it was typed on a keyboard with a US English layout and tries again.
xVanjaZ/xVanjaZ-ZSH-Theme is 404, remove.
