Issue with name generator (?) #141

Possibly unfixable, but bots bypass the name generator (sort of.) When you connect a kahoot-rand bot to a game using the name generator, they all authenticate correctly and answer questions, but don't show up in the game itself due to the fact that they've technically never joined.

Try it now. I just merged a PR that fixed this problem when I tried.
