make a `!setfetch update` command #32

currently !setfetch clears all fields and sets new ones.

!setfetch
DE/WM: i3

Clears all previously set fields.

!setfetch update
DE/WM: i3

This would only update the DE/WM field of a fetch, it wouldn't remove the other fields.
