Clear profile #53

This can be used by both users and mods, however mods will be able to clear the profile of another user.

I propose the commands

!setfetch clear and !setfetch clear @user#1234

Possibly a better solution would be !sudo @user#1234 <commands> and such.

I'm not sure we need to be able to change everything, single fields would be nicer. Like the "damage" done is less until the user re-sets the info.

So do we want profile clear or not? EDIT: From what I'm seeing, the codebase doesn't really support this hybrid mod-only mode yet either.
