Test all functions when using a different IP on usb0 #23

Test changing from 192.168.2.1 in config.txt and see if things break after a reboot. Test via USB connection and via OTG network. Do openwebrx, dump1090 and SoapyRemote all still work OK? This is RE: https://github.com/jocover/SoapyPlutoSDR/issues/7
