Color: Highlight Cursor Line #137

I didn't find any option to change the color of the highlighted current cursor line.

The option would be great since I'm using some kind adjustment for the background and foreground. With my current config it looks like

Tested after installing 1.5.3.

In the Colors dialog there is a setting Cursor Line Background. However it is not possible to change the foreground color, it would be too complicated with syntax highlighting.

ahhh... I didn't spot it - but yeah this solves the issue.
