new plots with all papers info #12

added a plot about the categories for the initial pool of papers
redid the sankey plot with the same package (plotly)
included paper sources & outcomes for all papers in sankey
rebuilt the book

@jbottesini Sankey looks very cool Next step (low to medium priority) -- any way to have interaction to allow the diagram 'filtered' by the different sources? (or different categories, etc.)?

Initial pool of papers: categories -- nice but needs some cleanup maybe; I need to classify the 'unknowns' more and we may want to get rid of the smallest categories
