IPX v2 is a major rewrite with several improvements.

• [x] Tighten H3 compatibility (security and error messages)
• [x] [docs] Write migration guide updated usage
• [x] [security] Sanitize SVG files by default (https://github.com/unjs/ipx/pull/180)

Coming in v2 minor versions:

• [ ] Persistent caching layer (https://github.com/unjs/ipx/issues/30)
• [ ] Support original format as a modifier (https://github.com/unjs/ipx/issues/160)

Coming in next major versions:

• [ ] Make sharp dependency optional to allow pluggable optimizers (TODO)
