Investigate `mlly.interopDefault` regression > 1.4.2 #238

mlly.interopDefault seems to have a regression in behavior between (last known working version) v1.4.2...v1.7.0

Reproduction: (currently not a good one)

https://github.com/unocss/unocss/issues/3869 and https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/issues/10199 might help however i could only reproduce using a jiti within node_modules which makes it strange.
