Found the solution in #100. Set {responseMode: 'stream'}
and ofetch will return a ReadableStream.
For anyone who needs an example of how to decode SSE streams. Referenced the OpenAI SDK.

. Replacing line 17 with const stream = await ofetch<any, 'stream'>(url, {
