Environment

macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81) with apple silicon
Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.113 (Official Build) (arm64)

Reproduction

Go to https://nitro.unjs.io/
Scroll and place any "features" on the top half of the screen. For example "Deploy Anywhere" from https://github.com/unjs/nitro/blob/011280178d59fa863b90d63f89f29beb47b520b7/docs/.config/docs.yaml
1. Place cursor on "Deploy Anywhere" and there's an shadow effect
2. Scroll the screen without moving cursor
3. The shadow (or highlight) flickers
