Until this delay is gone (tor 0.3.0.0) this should be implemented

May make overall design complicated.

How about creating onion service in advance and then attach a handler? Seems to be much more usable.

Nope, latter will break if one uses passphrase. Anyway, it is a bloat. This should be fixed upstream.
