Issue Summary

As mentioned by Andreas, whenever the user has already registered a payment method that is other than a credit card (e.g. Stripe's Link, Apple pay, Cashapp, etc), the Billing Settings is displaying it as if it's not saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to billing
2. Add a payment method that is not a credit-card.
3. Return to the billing section and it will appear as "No credit card on file"

Expected behavior

The UI should provide a fallback option for registered payment methods other than credit cards.
