feat: Add export CSV button to audit logs

Adds an export CSV button to the audit logs dashboard, ported from the semantic cache page. Lifts up the data fetching for the audit logs route and passes it as a prop so that the data can be passed to the export button. Adds a type for the returned data from Tinybird. Flattens the data before exporting it to CSV
