This looks like an exact copy of the template from @unrenamed, what's going on here?

@chronark I'm glad you noticed that. The boldness it takes to fork someone's example and present as your own with a slight UI change... made me laugh, honestly. On the other hand, it was expected, wasn't?

For the record, I had nothing to do with this.
