Add day/night cycle #29

The current animation is speed-up 25x for demonstration purposes. For practical reasons, I had to remove the PersistentEnv autoload and make the world have one of its own.

The night color is a bit too purple. If we want to be somewhat realistic, the color of night should be mostly gray (but maybe tinted purple or blue) and desaturate the colors of objects (is this possible?)

While it's indeed a more artistic representation of night, I think the blue tint fits the atmosphere better, but yeah, it's a bit too much.

A lower saturation can actually make it look more natural, which is possible to do. Pushing it right now.
