Completed minimap section of the main widget with remaining components (speed/rotate/zoom controls)
Added individual tab widgets for each entity
Added Build menu
Added missing button state images for various elements (mostly texture_pressed state)
Street building mechanic can now be activated/deactivated from the build menu

The PR has become unexpectedly large and there are a few things left I wanted to be more polished or added, but since there are dozens of new useable elements in already, further refinement will happen in another PR.
