Pulse when using gift #73

Sent gifts began pulsing and continues possible fb or ca problem

Can you explain a bit better, I just tried and no problems with receiving and sending gifts. Are you using Chrome or Firefox?

Yes using chrome I returned the favour to about 26 and went to gift. It tried to load my ca friends and began to pulse. I turned CAGE off ca loads ok no pulsing so turned on CAGE again reloaded ca was ok until I clicked gift. Began pulsing about 2 per sec. just the icon near the X to stop loading is where reload is and in the tab the C icon in black.

Any others extensions running that work on Facebook and/or Castle Age?

Is there something in the logs (ctrl+shift+j) ?

Thanks, I can't find any problems in your logs, so maybe its just another fb hickup, maybe it resolves itself in a few hours. Maybe I can upload new release with some minor fixes a bit later and it resolves the problem. But actually I haven't changed anything in the gifting stuff

Right now it looks like CA changed the gifting a bit and gifting is broken completely.

still does it, only gifting but when I have done I simply close and reopen and pulse is gone.

I use cage on Chorme. It happens to me too. When I click the gift tag, the page will keep reloading. The sandglass icon keeps flashing beside the cursor. It won't stop even when I go to other pages of castle age.

my google chrome version is : 16.0.912.77 m i go to gift page ... everything works fine ... i click receive gifts -> the window pops up telling that a number of gifts is received and then ... the page does some "mini-reload" without actualy reaload anything ... simply the mouse got the blue w8ing circle every 1 seconds for just a minisecond and the icon on the tab page on chrome has the reload image once a second ... if i click "home" on facebook and return to ca ... everything is normal back again ... till i click receive gifts ofc ... using just the cage extension plus one other for youtube ... tnx for your time

It still happens when I use CAGE on a different identity of Chrome (add a new user) while CAGE is the only extension.

Thanks, finally found the problem. CA requested more permissions when I added it. Will add something to gain that permissions in next release!
