[Bug] Using wrong mic

Describe the bug

when trying to use the mic on the app enabling the mic choices the wrong mic. even with my usb mic set as default it still used "steam streaming microphone". after learning about this all i had to do was disable this in my sound control panel. and now it uses my usb mic

now with the steam mic disabled adding a way to change what mic to use would be useful

You can set device perference in windows settings, but an in app option for i/o device would be better.
