Small character width problem #5

This is not a bug per se, but something that annoys me a lot and has been annoying me since my first introduction to ST (end of 2017).

The pictures will do the talking.

I have made a fork, and tried changing the box to a cross, that is supported by Win. Really, it could be any character, as long as it has the standard with of today's emojis...

What do you think ?

Before (ST3) PUI-before-3211 After (ST3) (PackagesUI does not appear, because i loaded the screen with a local version, before PUI-after-3211

@Hyeed Just unbelievable! I'm here wanting to raise an issue about the emoji width, and find your suggestion just the same as mine🤣: image

I'm a Windows user and didn't get the font like README shows, and I believe you were in the same situation as me😂.
