Refactor: Split classes out into their own files

• Move files out of the other classes and into their own files.
• Make comment style more consistent.
• Use different methods for hooking in the LocalHook test classes instead of all of them being kernel32!Beep.
• Remove unused functions from the IPC named pipe classes.
• Simplify getting the required native modules for hosting .NET Core in a remote process using the *Configuration classes.
• Add MemorySharp credits section.
