Refactor NamedPipe classes to use one interface instead of two separate ones for the client and server.
Add more comments to CoreHook.CoreLoad
Remove WIN64 definition in the tests since most people should be on 64-bit operating systems.
Update serialization tests to use the UserDataBinaryFormatter class instead of the default BinaryFormatter.
