Bugfix for "Loading Symbols" being shown at startup #14

"Loading Symbols" is wrongfully shown at startup because Decoda loads a blank project file. This fixes that. Just take the small change to MainFrame.cpp. Ignore any of the commits that mention different bugs/fixes, as I fail at Git.
