Added Directories and Window colors #31

Directories can now be added into a project, which automatically adds all files and sub directories to the project tree. These files will also be deleted when removed.

Window colors can now be customized, which changes the background color and border of most controls. This can be used to create a dark theme.

Are pull requests still being processed for Decoda? We are currently using metra's branch but would ideally be using the official branch.
