Hi,
I'm not expecting a fix, but I did want to log the issue.
I recently updated the (5K) monitor using the LG software on my Mac. It now shows REV_0304 in the hardware ID in Device Manager now.
The behavior is that the app loads/can find the device, but none of the commands to increase/decrease have any effect.
I also tried https://github.com/csujedihy/LG-Ultrafine-Brightness, but it says "Parameter is incorrect." when trying to change. (For the record, it said that before when I tried it as well.)
So I guess maybe LG changed the brightness values or something. Or maybe there was a recent Windows update that broke it, and I didn't notice until now. Anyhow, just giving a heads up.
