Thank you for submitting this.  jspos is simply a port of the existing FastTag 
parser, which is based on Eric Brill's algorithm for POS tagging 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brill_Tagger).  This, like all POS tagging 
algorithms, is not 100% accurate but does pretty well.

I did check to make sure that jspos' behavior on your sample sentence is 
consistent with FastTag, and it is, so I'm closing this as "WontFix".
