Merge develop into master
verify new master branch builds
tag as latest 'stable' release

jckreg goofed when doing the merge to master. While testing the new protection rules on the master branch rather than a practice branch a push went through without a proper code review or approval. These changes need to be verified and the merge potentially undone and redone correctly
