Default profile picture #199

for the people finder results I added a background image that is centered in the circle

how about adding "color: transparent;" so the alt text isn't visible?

Or even better.... actually I'm not sure those profile images are useful accessibility-wise. Looking at Facebook and Twitter, then either have aria-hidden="true" or alt="".

I would change the img tag to be alt="" rather than alt="Avatar for {{person}}"
