Day view: "view more" to infinite scroll #47

View more would load the next day of events

Infinite scroll will deliver all events for 3 days, then a 'view more' button will display.

Because of the complexity of such functionality, the existing user-experience of keyboard/mouse navigation will be kept from the existing site.
