A standard Drupal site (including ones we may be migrating from 7) has a Basic Page content type with machine name 'page'.
Sites that are imported from 7 may have modified that content type and added fields.
I'm thinking we want our Basic Page (whether its called that or called Layout Page or whatever) in 8 to have a different machine name than 'page'.
