Button wrapping issue when added through ckeditor5 #624

ckeditor5 currently uses the style drop-down plugin to be able to add classes to elements. We aren't able to add wrapper divs with flex properties in that plugin to fix the wrapping issues. However, with newer Drupal versions there may be changes to that plugin and ckeditor5 in general that may allow us to add div wrappers in ckeditor5
