Book Pages updates

1. Remove bulleted list of pages that shows up below the body and above the book page navigation.

On the book page navigation at the bottom of the page the disc is showing on LIst Items. From Ryan= "the discs are there because this

is missing what was dcf-list-bare but should now be role="list"
2. Update the UL to have role="list"
