Ability to support multiple site affiliations #663

Need the ability to support multiple site affiliations, either through multiple title and link fields, or the ability to add html links within a single field (which is how we previously did it in D7 - see screenshot).

My thought on this was that if you want to do multiple such as: College of Business & College of Arts and Sciences then instead of linking each of those to their sites, it can all be linked to a page on the same site (perhaps just the About page) describing the relationship with multiple colleges.
