Convert file from Unix to Windows on Windows when "view" #241

Text files have different formats on windows and Unix. Convert a the viewed file from Unix to Windows type files so new lines are correct.

Probably using a package like: https://www.npmjs.com/package/eol

Though, that is a small enough package, I wouldn't install it with npm, but would just copy the code to our repo.
