Add a side bar, making a very big redesign

Still need to:

[x] Fix travis-ci builds.
[x] Fix gauges when first loading.

@caseylargent @adamfitzgibbon Pretty big redesign. Can you run this through it's paces!

I like the redesign but do you think that we should have all the divs be the same size? It looks weird with the container containing the previous jobs to not be the same size as the other containers.

What container are you talking about? Like the completed jobs?
