Remove dead projects and fix broken links #96

In preparation of showcasing a curated collection of only the most significant projects using the Unlicense, do a first pass of the existing list so as to remove abandoned projects and fix any links that need updating. Feel free to tackle!

I did a first pass in a07631986d2e51f2d5b6ca03fc9c4b8610f10006, generally removing anything that hasn't had an update in 5+ years.
