Add documentation for RPM compilation #63

Thank you. Does this require a Fedora system to work or can the packages be generated on an Ubuntu system? If so, we can have them automatically built by the CI.

All you should need is rpmbuild, which is available to install on ubuntu with apt install rpm.

I insiste on should because i havent tested it, no ubuntu at home.
