Default to a global locked.fyi lock #19

This lock will be free at first, and its duration will be 1 year. Then, we will set its price to be a stable coin (DAI or USDc) starting at 0.1. We will do that when unlock supports swap and purchase so that it does not add friction to anyone who has a crypto wallet. We will also add crdit card support thru Unlock accounts.

Eventually we will set the price as a bonding curve, with the goal to reach about 10DAI/year when there are 1Bn users.

We should also add a "faucet" for the early days where people can get a free key granted to them (maybe for a shorter duration!) by someone (Unlock!) if they post a tweet asking for it!
