Partnership for Growth Opportunity: Si Her Unlock Value

SI3 (See Three) is an ecosystem architecting a more accessible web. As an ecosystem, we offer tools and resources that unify and accelerate womxn and non-binary web3 professionals, their communities, and their organizations. We have built a database of roughly 500 communities, NFT collections, DAO’s, event organizers, podcast creators, and event organizers that align with our diversity goals, and have goals of structuring a more unified and financially-empowered ecosystem of womxn & non-binary-led projects and communities.

Partnership goals:

Drive new partners to Unlock Protocol for membership and event NFT’s
Create use cases with Si Her with our Si Her community membership and event NFT’s
Host two online event with Unlock, introducing our use cases and other examples
Share tutorial materials and guides, living in an #unlockvalue channel in our Common Ground membership community. Development-related questions can be answered by our developer relations teammate.
Activate the value of the women in web3 ecosystem as a whole, through membership and event NFT's

Proposed partnership structure:

Event #1: Si Her Unlock Value Event: For Communities & Creators

Si Her will create an online event hosted within their Si Her Common Ground community space, inviting our database of NFT collections, DAO’s, education platforms, and podcast creators, to learn about Unlock Protocol membership NFT’s.

Kara Howard, Creator of Si3 and it’s Si Her Co-Active:

Kara Howard is a growth marketer & women-in tech community architect, based in Mexico. Previously, she was VP of Growth & Partnerships at Accel and Sequoia-backed marketing automation firm CleverTap, where she led awareness-building activities for the US market as the company grew from Series A to Series B (now at Series D). At CleverTap, she initiated the ‘Tapped in’ webinar and event series for product managers, which was replicated across U.S. markets and successfully onboarded hundreds of apps into the CleverTap ecosystem. She holds an MBA from NYU in Digital Marketing & Entrepreneurship, and spent the first ten years of her career in Equity Reseach on Wall Street and financial analyst in NYC.

Kara has been a women in tech community builder for over ten years, creating and participating in offline and online communities and over 400 speaking opportunities for women. Within Si Her, she hosted their ‘Si Her Impact Web3’ event at NFT.NYC with 100 attendees. She also hosted the Si Her Summit in February 2024, which was a 12-hour global virtual event 50 women in web3 speakers.

Ksenia Stark is a digital warrior and nomad, spreading CONFUSION&JOY everywhere she goes. She believes in meaningful connections and the power of emerging technologies and media to positively impact humanity. She approaches marketing beyond commercialization, creating GTM strategies with community experiences. ⅄Oᒋ⅋NOISՈᖵNOϽ is on a mission to connect creators and brands and unlock the power of impact and meaningful connections. They support creators of all kinds whether they are artists, musicians, performers, coders or metaverse architects to make a sustainable living and the impact they are meant to make. While they advocate for conscious leadership, they advise brands on how to move away from advertising to leverage community strategies and make our world a better place. As Editor-in-Chief at Dataconomy, he informs the data science community and AI community, in addition to helping create and host Europe's biggest data expert conference, Data Natives. As the Editor-at-Large at ArcticStartup, he delivers news from the startup industry in the Nordics and Baltics.

Milestones

Milestone 1: Kickoff:

Begin outreach women in web3 community leaders with our ‘Si Her Unlock Value’ events, and invitations to join our August 6th membership NFT event, and August 8th event NFT gathering
Develop event NFT and membership NFT for Si Her with Unlock as use cases
Logo placement on Si3’s new website announcing event and on social media.
Create pre-event video sharing about Si Her's Unlock NFT's, shared across our social platforms (Linkedin, X).
Activate #unlockvalue channel in Si Her’s membership platform with tutorial guides and videos.

500 UDT - payment requested at kickoff as we will be creating assets with Unlock's logo and sharing with our network of 200 organizations, extending information about Unlock Protocol and it's offerings and inviting them to attend our event

Milestone #2 (one month post-events)

Host virtual event on August 6th (target 50 community leader attendees) and August 8th (targeted 25 event organizers)
Create post-event video with the community leaders that have Unlock NFT's and their logos, tagging them in the video for collective social sharing
Provide metrics report on the collaboration, including total # of invites to events, total number of attendees, total number of conversions to new customers (both membership and event NFT's), # of conversations started in our #unlockvalue channel in our membership platform, and social metrics from our two videos shared across socials.

350 UDT - payment is requested at completion of this milestone on September 20th, after we have hosted the event, created post event video highlight reel, and provided metrics report

We would love to maintain an ongoing relationship with Unlock post-grant milestones, as we see the opportunity for women in web3 community leaders to be a part of your livestreams - as hosts and audience members.

We would also like to gift the women of the Unlock team free memberships to Si Her ($300 USD each), so they can integrate within our community. :)

Dear Kara,

Thank you for submitting your grant application with Unlock. I think there are many mutual benefits we can explore. I think, though, that because this would be our first time working together, it would be important to release the second milestone after the DAO members have had the opportunity to review the impact of the first milestone.

Hi Stella, that's great! This is what I have already written in the proposal...that the release of payment for milestone #2 happens 6 weeks after the events we host, so we can demonstrate the results of some organizations signing up for Unlock, along with a metrics report. Thanks!
