Show contract / blockchain explorer link for past events in the EVENTS landing page #14053

Currently, events in the future show a link to a block explorer for the contract address Screenshot 2024-06-15 at 9 07 16 AM

However, past events no longer show this link. Screenshot 2024-06-15 at 9 06 51 AM

Feature request is to show a link to the block explorer / contract address for past events as well which can help permissionless composability for event producers + token designers (via Snax / PizzaDAO).
